I've been such a bad blogger lately. So much has been going on - which sadly means nothing gets posted. Here are a few highlights.
- Baby has been sleeping for longer periods during the night. I try keeping him awake a little more during the day, and by 9 pm this is what he looks like. Don't worry, I let him sleep right after this picture was taken!
- He was blessed this passed Sunday - and I'll have to post pictures of that later since the photos are on everyone else's cameras. My sister Becky came to visit from Seattle, which was a surprise and a treat! She brought her baby Lindsay who is 10 months old very cute.
- Becky and her husband Jon are masters in the art of swaddling their babies. She gave me a lesson. Somehow during this swaddling attempt Jackson managed to wrangle out one of his little arms.
- Jasper is such a good cousin to Jackson. He loves him dearly and is very cute with him. He is a very good helper and loves to kiss and hold him. Here he is reading to him. Jackson looks very enthralled, don't you think?

That swaddling thing is funny! At Thanksgiving, Julie wanted me to swaddle Jack and I was so incredibly clumsy at it. She said, "Mom, you use to be so good at that!" Gees! My baby is 27!!! and it's been a while since I've wrapped up a grandbaby! Guess I need some practice! Your little guy is really darling! Ya did good! xox
I love the pic with his one little arm out. AND the pic of Jasper reading to him. SO CUTE!!!
I love that Jasper, reading to the CUTEST baby ever! I'm sort of meh! about blogging myself. Busy-ness tends to do that. Sorry we missed the blessing but we simply couldn't have made it.
I'm so glad Becky got to surprise you. What a nice treat indeed.
Poor little guy just wanted to close his eyes -- but everyone has to make sacrifices, right? Cute, Cute, Cute!!! And Jas reading to his rapt audience is just too cute! Sorry we missed the blessing but our hearts were there in spirit. How great that Becky got to go- a true treat!
Wow time flies. Can you believe you've already blessed him? It's good to hear he's sleeping longer :), does that mean you're getting more rest? I hope....
