Scary and Sad

What's scary?

Shucking corn. You never know what you are going to find when you get down to the kernels.

What's sad?

After shucking all the corn (corn you picked from the garden in your backyard), cooking it, buttering, salting and peppering it, you take a big bite and it is like mush. I think we waited too long before we picked it. That is sad.

That is scary... and sad! Mmmmm good corn is the best. Oh, sorry. Hey, you have to check out seriouslysoblessed.blogspot.com. For some reason your post today reminded me of that blog. It is oh so funny, you'll laugh your friggin' butt off! That's right, I said friggin'.... and butt. I'm a wild one, that's for sure! Loves.

Your fabulousness and like the way you text in church and seriously the way you wear sweats with something cute written on the bum. TAMN all the way! Oh yes I did!

I am just impressed you have a garden. Live and learn, I say. But I do love me some corn (non mushy).

We've never had luck with home grown corn either. It always gets a cancer thing on it. Yuck. At least yours looked good.

You could make it into that vomit-like creamed corn mom and dad used to make us eat... that stuff was wretched.
